Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 14 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Refund Process
Any returned item must be in its original condition and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow for a period of upto 14 days for us to process your refund.
Returns and refunds are not available for any items that have been specially order and personalised with initials, name or number. Please be certain of the size when ordering as changes can not be made after printing.
