Express Delivery via DPD (1-2 days) available at £9.95 for all orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday.

This service does not provide Next day delivery for Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday deliveries.
All deliveries will need to be signed for and can be tracked by entering your unique tracking reference. Any items sent via Hermes (standard/free delivery) can be tracked by logging onto www.hermes.co.uk

Please note that although express deliveries are fulfilled on time by our courier 90% of the time, this service is not guaranteed. Please also note that we do not despatch at weekends, nor are there any weekend deliveries. Any additional delivery instructions will be passed onto the courier but it will be the couriers decision whether to leave the parcel elsewhere than the address provided.
If instructions have been issued to leave the parcel elsewhere without being signed for then we can not be held responsible if the parcel was to go missing after delivery.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by the late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a full money back guarantee.
You have 7 days from receipt in which to return your order.
You will have to pay the return cost of postage if item is unsuitable.
If express delivery is chosen and the item qualified for free delivery then this cost is non refundable if the item was faulty/returned.
The item purchased is your responsibility until we recieve it back so Insurance is advised.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Dobson & Robinson Ltd Intersport-Ilkley and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);
Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery dayContact us via Email, fax or in writing if there is a problem with your order with 7 days.
Please include packing/returns note, supplied with goods.
Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 7 days of receipt.
All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
Unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid postal returns so we recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery with insurance included and please keep your proof of posting.
If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
